Where do I start I live in oz originally from uk. Wake up to running on a beach, warm weather great surf and a fab life I have a terrible back ground life of negative up bringing and have learned to accept that it is what it is and to focus on positively as much as possible and getting eails and comments from other folk is fab that share the se view on a wonderful life !! Bb

Six mornings a week, I get up at 4.30 to meet a friend at 5am for a run, a dip in the ocean and then coffee and a couple of crosswords. Having exercised my discipline, my physical, mental and emotional health, I’m home by 7am to have healthy brekky and start my business day! Feeling very balanced!

Thank you for this timely message. I have been thinking of joining some exercise groups as well as an art group in my local area. I spend quite a bit of time alone and am finding that I would like to be more involved with like minded people. Thank you again

It is so true, we need rituals in life. For years I was out of bed by 5.30am, rain hail or shine, I walked every morning for 45 minutes, did 15 minutes of meditation and met a group of friends for coffee home by 7.45 and out the door to work feeling great by 8.30. How life changes and we don’t realise at the time until suddenly you find yourself without these rituals which really meant so much. Suddenly you wonder what you are doing with your life and where is your balance. I am now focusing on going back to my rituals or what I always called “my good habits.”

my rituals? ok,
sleep in till about 10,a bit hung over,drink a big glass of water,do a few things around the place,part time work 4 hours monday and wednesday.
stop in at bottleshop around 2pm,buy 4 cans of bourbon and a bottle of champagne,drink a can on the 15 minute drive home,get home and look at all the jobs i have to do,give up, have another can. continue this ritual till i fall asleep.
holosync occasionally,read self help books,had councelling,taken all of allans miracle cures,done effort free life course,spent a fortune,but there is one guaranteed cure that makes me feel better and gets rid of all my cares, helps me sleep at night, oops its nearly 2 o’clock,hi ho hi ho to the bottle shop i go,

I go to the gym 3 times a week and go for 2 long walks on the week end along the beach, looking out at the ocean and breathing in wonderful fresh air. I also wake up to and retire with glasses of water with lemon.

I have a ritual of reading a couple of chapters of the bible each day, i find it quite calming. My life has been full of drama for the last 4 years, i like your socratic ideals, i will put them to use and maybe alot of the drama will dissipate! Thanks. Lorna

thanks Joe, i really could have your session on Socrates and wisdom and i will, as much as i will remember to, be using this formula on others and also on my self especially, but i can’t help wonder if the person or persons this method is used on just might be offended/upset with the person applying this way. what are your thoughts or experiences on this?

I get up at 4 30, eat fruit, do positive affirmations, pray and do eft, 5 times a week. I run and do weights for an hour every second day. I also do the healing codes every night. I have been doing this for the last 6 or so months and now find that if i dont do it i just dont feel right. I am loving your tips. Thank you
