It will hold you accountable and make you aware of what you&#8217;ve eaten. In the particular study of approximately 17,000 people, those who kept daily food records lost twice as much weight as those who kept no records,</p>

<p>&#8220;You&#8217;ll save hundreds of calories from the drinks alone and because you won&#8217;t get drunk as quickly, and you&#8217;ll make more rational food choices,&#8221; say The Nutrition Twins. &#8220;This is especially important since alcohol increases appetite and lowers inhibitions, making you care less about the choices you make.&#8221;</p>

The drinks pack enough calories as a full meal, but won&#8217;t be as filling or satisfying.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I recommend asking for a low fat or fat-free milk or milk alternative and only one pump of the flavored syrup to reduce the calories, fat, and sugar, but still get the flavors you&#8217;re craving,&#8221; says Larsen.</p>
