<p>Every success story is riddled with trials, triumph, and tragedy. The ability to overcome these barriers is what makes them so appealing. From the small startup disrupting the industry giants to a small platoon battling a massive army. In these moments our character is tested, and our resolve built.<span id="more-37162"/></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When it seems like there’s nowhere to go is when the fiercest battles take place in our mind, body, and spirit. The ones who triumph are forever remembered in history, and the rest are forgotten.</span></p>
<h6><b>So what’s the difference between these titans and the average person? </b></h6>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It’s not social standing, stature, or even wealth. The determining factor that separates the haves from the have-nots is their grit and determination. In one word, perseverance. Grit is the quality that keeps us moving forward in a sea of turmoil, facing a tidal wave of doubt, we batten down the hatches and weather the storm. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sticking to the plan when most have already walked away. Working alone, silently, without pay, and without recognition. It’s this quality that makes us bend but not break. We wag our fingers in defiance of the odds, shattering the alleged barriers of reality. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Forever pushing the limits of what’s possible, creating new horizons and blazing our name on new frontiers. It’s this quality that makes the finest men and women of history seem like gods amongst mortals. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Either placed in these situations by choice or by circumstance, this is when we shine the brightest. The ability to hold ourselves to a different standard and not settling for mediocrity. Forever striving for success in an unrelenting fashion, knowing that failure is not a permanent condition, but a temporary inconvenience.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It’s this self-accountability and awareness to recognize that nothing worth having comes easy. Risking it all while showing up and performing every single day without any loss of enthusiasm.</span></p>

<h6><b>Rise to the occasion</b></h6>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The crew of the Essex knows this quality all too well. When placed between a rock and a hard place they chose to rise to the occasion. This incredible tale is the inspiration for Herman Melville’s Moby Dick and a true story of perseverance and the fighting spirit. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Essex was a whaling ship from Nantucket, Massachusetts piloted by Captain Pollard and his 20 men in the 1800’s. During their whaling expedition, the ship was rammed by a sperm whale sinking it. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This left Captain Pollard and the crew fending for their lives on three small rescue boats hundreds of miles away from civilization with no land in sight. With little provisions, much of the Essex crew did what they could to fight off starvation and dehydration. Sadly, much of the crew perished due to these abysmal conditions, but the survivors did not lose hope. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">With such a dire situation most would succumb to the circumstances, but Captain Pollard kept his resolve and encouraged his men. After weeks at sea, the remaining survivors eventually resorted to cannibalism doing anything necessary to fight off death. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Surviving long enough for a passing ship to rescue them the survivors were found delirious, starved, and a shadow of their former selves. Eventually, the surviving crew returned to Nantucket, Massachusetts to their family where they tried to forget the horrors of the ocean. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fighting seemingly insurmountable odds in a literal sea of despair is why the Essex survivors will forever be remembered. Their courage and ability to endure the agony of hopelessness is a quality we should all strive to obtain.</span></p>

<h6><b>Learn to fight adversity</b></h6>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Luckily for us, we are not in life and death circumstances, but many times we are too easily discouraged at the first sign of resistance. Unable to say no, stand up, and do what is necessary in the face of adversity. We must learn to channel our inner survivor and fight off these obstacles with the tenacity of a prize fighter. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To do otherwise would be selling ourselves short and conforming to the reality that society has placed on us. Rather than living on our knees let’s die on our feet knowing that at the end of the day we gave life everything we had. Leaving no stone unturned forever pushing past our comfort zones. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We must realize that life is a bold adventure and to take advantage we have to keep throwing things against the wall knowing that eventually, something will stick. Everyone thinks that there’s such a thing as overnight success, but its years in the making. Let’s make the commitment to strengthen our resolve because if we never quit, we cannot fail.</span></p>

<p>Have you been feeling sluggish or struggling to stay awake and motivated lately? Are you pushing through to make it to the end of the day when you can finally curl back up in bed? Some days we can be on fire, getting things done without anything standing in our way. Other days it can be hard to get moving, or stay on track without distraction.</p>
<p>While energy can come and go, there are a few ways you can help yourself get back on track. If you have been struggling to get energised lately, here are five tips to get yourself moving.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #33cccc;">1. Get Some Shut Eye</span></h3>
<p>You might be thinking that getting some sleep, whether through a power nap or a good night’s sleep, is counterintuitive when it comes to getting things done, but sleep is crucial to your energy levels.</p>
<p>A power nap is a short amount of sleep during the day that can provide plenty of benefits, including improving your alertness, concentration and mood. Ideally, power naps should last between 20 and 30 minutes, giving you a bit of rest to re-energise, but not too long that you end up feeling more tired than you were before the nap.</p>
<p>However, as beneficial as power naps can be for your energy levels, they don’t replace a good night’s sleep and that could be one of the reasons you’re struggling to get energised.</p>
<p>A good night’s sleep generally lasts between seven and nine hours. If you find it hard to get that much sleep, try setting up a bedtime routine to help your mind and body wind down for the night. This routine can include having a warm shower or bath, doing gentle body stretches, enjoying a cup of tea, and going to bed at the same time every night.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #33cccc;">2. Limit Your Caffeine Intake</span></h3>
<p>While it may be tempting to make yourself a cup of black tea in the afternoon, especially if you can’t squeeze in a powernap, caffeine won’t help in the long run.</p>
<p>It may give you the quick boost you’re looking for, but too much caffeine can make you feel jittery, increase stress – and once it wears off – make you feel tired.</p>
<p>If you really can’t give up caffeine, try your best to watch your intake. Research suggests that adults can consume up to 400mg of caffeine a day, which is around four cups of black tea.</p>
<p>If you want to start limiting or stopping your caffeine intake, caffeine-free teas are the way to go. If you prefer to stick to your black tea, opt for decaf black tea; if you want to break up your routine, give <a href="https://www.t2tea.com/en/us/wellness/energy/">herbal energy tea</a> a try.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #33cccc;">3. Take Regular Breaks</span></h3>
<p>Taking regular breaks throughout your day will definitely help your energy levels.</p>
<p>It can be hard to pull yourself away from your desk when paperwork and emails are piling up, or if you have a deadline to meet, but taking regular breaks provides a variety of benefits for your health.</p>
<p>Whether you step away from your desk for half-an-hour to workout or catch up with friends, or take just five minutes to make a cup of tea and centre yourself, regular breaks improve your mood and concentration, reduce stress, and boost your energy levels. You can come back ready to tackle the paperwork and emails waiting for you.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #33cccc;">4. Stay Hydrated</span></h3>
<p>Staying hydrated is important for overall health, but especially when it comes to maintaining your energy levels. Even just mild dehydration can lead to fatigue, as well as an inability to focus and concentrate.</p>
<p>To stay hydrated, it’s generally recommended you consume eight glasses of water a day. One of the easiest ways to do this is by keeping a large water bottle nearby to remind yourself to stay hydrated. If you find water bland or want to mix things up, you can try flavoring it. Add low-sugar cordial, fruit, or a delicious cup of iced tea into your hydration routine.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #33cccc;">5. Make Some Diet Changes</span></h3>
<p>Food provides us with energy. The right foods can make us feel energised for the entire day, while the wrong foods can easily bring our energy levels down to the point where we can’t get anything done.</p>
<p>If you think your diet is lowering your energy levels, make some changes to bring them back up. They don’t have to be major, overnight changes. Start by adjusting your meal sizes, adding healthy snacks, and/or switching from coffee to tea. If you don’t know where to start and/or you’re looking for some general advice, you can always ask a nutritionist for help.</p>
<p>While you can try and boost your energy, sometimes the best way to get back on track is to slow down and have a rest. If you’re struggling to get energised and your body is calling for you to take a timeout, be sure to listen.</p>

<h2><b>1. Be independent </b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hundreds of millions of people make this mistake. We depend on people like us. </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">“he will get it done for me, she will get it done for me”.</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> You rely heavily on people and guess what, you are making a big mistake. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There are a lot of people that have helped others and perhaps time changes for them, they become poor and rely on the people they have helped, guess what comes out at the end of this reliance? Disappointment, promises backed by failures, etc. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Who are you depending on? Who is that person you can’t do without when getting things in your life done? If there is anyone, you are making a big mistake. And starting today, all you have to do is add a prefix – </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">what if!</span></i></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“</span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">What if my friend stops helping me, what if I get disappointed by people I trust with my life, what if they neglect me and turn me down”.</span></i></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A man or woman that depends on people like him is equal to a feeble pillar holding the four corners of a house. What happens when the feeble pillar falls? The man’s house falls down super-flat. Your trust should only be in Jesus. Man can fail us at any time but God is always faithful till his Kingdom comes. </span></p>
<h2><b>2. Love your neighbor as yourself </b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The gravity of this word is enough to shatter the whole earth into pieces. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Only if the whole world just kept this simple commandment Christ Jesus gave then, there will be no murders, poverty, greediness, anger, envy, betrayal, disappointment, etc. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Why are there such things in the world? Because we hate ourselves. As long as you are fine all is well. You care about yourself only, selfish, you have and yet you cannot give. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Those are the characteristics of over 90% of the 7.6 billion humans on earth. Why can’t you do to others what you would have them do to you? Why can’t you help that suffering neighbor who needs food? Then, a lot of people will say </span></p>
<p><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Go away from here beggar, what did you do with your youth, I can’t give you a dime, beggar”. Why are we so cruel? This is the best tip you must dear to your heart. </span></i></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">No matter what you have, no matter how little or in whatever way you can help. Help people, show them love, love them as you love yourself. Don’t forget this, today’s beggar, uneducated, debtor, poor person, etc can later become the greatest person in the world tomorrow. </span></p>

<h2><strong>3. Have a growth mindset</strong></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">growth mindset</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> is what makes one successful and go far in life. However, a fixed and stagnated mindset throws one into jeopardy of life.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A lot of people have a </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">fixed mindset</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, what they believe is what they believe, nothing you say on earth can change their mindset, they are the most educated in the world so they don’t need to learn any further. Did you have a fixed or growth mindset?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A growth mindset leads to success, achievements, happiness, learning more, and becoming better. On the other hand, a fixed mindset leads to </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">complacency</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, pride, lack of achievement, ignorance, the stagnancy of the mind, etc. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Let’s see an example of someone with a fixed mindset:</span></p>
<p><b>Cait tells Alice:</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Alice stop being so proud it’s annoying. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">And Alice responds:</span></p>
<p><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">“How dare you say I am proud, I am not. I am the most humble woman on earth”. </span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">In the example, Alice with a fixed mindset has a fixed mindset. However, what she does not know is that she is in the darkness of her ignorance. She is ignorant of the fact that she is a proud person thus, she can’t see it. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">People with a fixed mindset are ignorant. You must never have a fixed mindset. Always be willing to learn and to grow with humility. Pride can take you nowhere. </span></p>
<h2><strong>4. Forgive everyone and give as many second chances as you can  </strong></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A lot of people have done all they could to be happy and have peace. But, they find out that happiness is not just there and that peace of mind is absent. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Why is that? It is because you have a lot of grudge against people that have offended you. Yes, we know, it pained you to your heart, and what next? Keep malice? But, do you know what that unforgiveness does to you?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I call it </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">the seed of unforgiveness</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;"> because it plants a seed in your heart and this seed further grows to become hatred, depression, lack of freedom, zero peace, etc. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If in only one person’s heart are all these things, then a person like that can never know peace and happiness. For example, if you were to go to a party with your friends and you hear that perhaps the other friend that you keep malice with is coming to the same party. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Naturally, the only thing you would think of is not going to the party anymore because you want to avoid the person at all costs. And what does that add to you? It doesn’t add instead, it subtracts from your life because you could have gone to the party, had fun, and even have new friends or even new opportunities.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If not for anything will you </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">forgive people</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, forgive them for the sake of God, for the sake of Christ Jesus. Because if you cannot forget the trespass of people, don’t expect God to forgive you. Forgive everyone, give them as many second chances as possible. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mind you, they can still mess up and make terrible mistakes all you have to do is keep forgiving them. This may not be so easy to the flesh. However, it is only The Spirit of God that can make you forgive the trespass of people. Without The Holy Spirit, it is impossible to do so. </span></p>
<h2><b>5. Love God</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Do you love God? Are you a child of God? Do you believe in Christ Jesus? Even if the rest of the tips on these lists do not resonate with you, I want you to hold this very important to your heart which is to Love God with all your heart, soul, and strength.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">And you can do that only by being a child of God. This life is too short. It is like a vapor, it is nothing. Life is more like an empty barrel that makes noise. You will grow old, your strength will leave you and you will die but, what happens after that? Where are you going to spend the rest of your eternity? </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This mind of ours never stops. Research shows that we humans produce some </span><a href="https://www.successconsciousness.com/blog/inner-peace/how-many-thoughts-does-your-mind-think-in-one-hour/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener"><span style="font-weight: 400;">60,000 thoughts each day</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. That extensive number of thoughts is an irrefutable consequence of our society’s obsessive need to be busy and distracted.</span><span id="more-54416"/></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Many of our thoughts are anything but productive, and we do very little to regulate our mind’s rapacious activity. We allow our minds to be “future chasers” or “past dwellers.” They take us everywhere except for where it matters most — the present moment. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We all have the ability to become more present, awake and aware. The challenge is training our minds to stop — really stop. The mind is prone to wander out of the present but we can train it to move away from the busyness in our heads through practicing Mindfulness. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Practicing Mindfulness reins in our random thoughts and holds us in the present moment. We all have the inherent ability to utilize Mindfulness by going inward and focusing on our breath. As we stay focused on the breath, we connect to the present and are able to look more deeply into what we’re actually feeling in the moment. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Mindfulness reminds us that we’re here in this moment of “now.” It’s a state in which we’re observing our life unfold and becoming better able to experience it with clarity and acceptance. It allows us to intentionally bring our wandering mind into the present, liberates us from our emotional baggage and gives us a more balanced perspective. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">With a Mindfulness approach to every moment, we find ourselves eating more slowly and really tasting our food without rushing. We make time for a leisurely walk while paying close attention to the sights, sounds and smells of nature around us. Taking the time to simply observe, we see so much more than when we’re busy thinking about what we have to do next. We open up to what resides in our hearts.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Explore these ways to transcend limited thoughts and become more awake, present and aware: </span></p>
<h2><b>1. Stop the brain’s busyness</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The mind likes to be busy. It thrives on activity and distraction. It’s incumbent upon us to teach it how to become quiet and still from time to time. When we feel distracted or that we’re not fully present, we can put our focus and awareness on the breath to find stillness. Using the breath as a type of meditation allows us to connect with the wholeness that’s within. We can experience that connection when we take a walk and observe nature, or when we sit quietly savoring a cup of tea. When we’re fully present and surrender to the moment with total awareness, we experience a sense of non-separation that makes us feel whole, complete and authentically ourselves. </span></p>
<h2><b>2. Navigate the moment with neutrality</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Staying present in the moment can be challenging if we’re facing something daunting, difficult or unclear. Emotions such as anger or insecurity can make our minds race. But if we allow ourselves to open to challenging moments with acceptance, our resistance begins to dissolve. We can tell ourselves, “I can handle this moment. There’s nothing for me to fear.” We can direct the moment — meaning we can navigate it with neutrality — because we’re no longer constricting or reacting, but allowing for it to just </span><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">b</span></i><span style="font-weight: 400;">e. Opening up to whatever challenges present themselves, instead of resisting them, helps us ease into those moments, learn from them and find what rings true for ourselves. </span></p>
<h2><b>3. Engage in “life gazing.”</b><span style="font-weight: 400;"> </span></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">When we take the time to simply look around us, we see so much more than when we’re busy thinking about what we have to do next. We can practice being aware of what’s around us when we’re stopped at a red light and notice what’s out the car window. Or when we step outside and observe what’s taking place on the street. Balancing our daily routine of work, chores and running errands with taking present moment intervals to stop our minds from being on autopilot helps us to feel more alive and vital. </span></p>
<h2><b>4. Strive to elevate awareness</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We often function from an unaware routine of simply going through the paces of our day. But by practicing Mindfulness, we’re able to live our lives in the moment that exists right now, fully aware and awake. Finding time to stop the “doing” and connect to our spiritual center will bring us to the inner dwelling of our wholeness, which, in essence, is the authentic self. Taking time to connect to and acknowledge our true selves helps us appreciate this precious gift of life. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Happiness</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, this simple pronounceable word is far greater than we think. There is nothing in this world that compares to being happy. Okay, does money compare, does wealth compare, do friends and family compare?</span><span id="more-54268"/></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">None of those things compare. What is the essence of the money you have when you are not even happy for once? That said, there are a lot of factors or things that contribute to our happiness. However, the most vital of all these things are your relationships. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Relationship means the </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">emotional connection</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> between people. Where there is a relationship, there is an emotion. However, emotion means any strong feeling you can have for something or someone. So, when you have a relationship with someone it means you have strong feelings for them. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But, since being in any kind of relationship is a big deal it then means that the relationships we keep can affect our lives a lot. But why? Well, because there is a strong feeling involved. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A lot of people are pursuing happiness, they want to be happy at all costs, they just want to keep smiling with no ounce of sadness. However, they find that hard to do, they just think they can’t be happy no matter what, some even think happiness is not for them. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">One thing you should know is, no matter who you are or what you may be, if you really want to be happy you need the right relationships. Your relationship matters a lot. But, ask yourself these questions:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">What kind of relationship am I in right now?</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Has this relationship benefitted me?</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">How happy have I been ever since in this relationship?</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">How has my life improved positively? </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Find your answers. </span></p>
<h2><b>How does your relationship determine your happiness?</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Being in a relationship, </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">friendly relationship</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">, love relationship, or blood-related relationship (your family), means you are strongly connected emotionally, strongly connected means love is involved. It is really risky when love is involved.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">For example, a girl broke up with her boyfriend due to the boyfriend’s fault. However, the guy loves his girl a lot, what do you think will happen after the breakup? It is either he commits suicide, drink, and smoke (especially if he has not done such before), or even get involved in an accident of any form. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Why do you think such a thing will happen to the guy? It’s because of love, it’s because of emotion. And that is how a lot of people who want to be happy are. They are in relationships that are not helpful and yet, they still want to be happy.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You want to be happy and yet, your friends argue and fight with you every day? You break up every second with your girlfriend/boyfriend? Your husband or wife fight with you every day? Your children also are not peaceful with each other?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In essence, you can never be happy if you are in a relationship like that. They fight with you every day, argue every day, they say words that hurt you every day, and you still expect yourself to be happy?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you are a married man/woman, at your workplace, you may be happy and smile all you want but, remembering that you are still going back home can immediately bring sorrow to your heart. Because you know your home is not at peace.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Peace is the signature of happiness. Wherever there is peace, there is happiness. As a student, Knowing that your parents’ fight with each other may not want you to return home because you know violence is the order of the day in your home. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Your relationships matter a lot because they really contribute to whether you become happy or not. And a lot of people are in relationships like this but they also want to be happy, they also want peace, however, the sad part is, no matter how much they want to be happy, they still can’t leave and say goodbye to their relationships. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Why? Because love is present. Because their emotions are strongly connected and because they have a relationship. Over to you, what relationships do you keep or what relationship are you in? Is it peaceful or not? Never forget, </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">peace</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> is the signature of happiness. Where there is peace there is happiness. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ask yourself: “what relationship am I in”? How has it benefited me in any way? How has my mental health improved ever since I am in this relationship? Does this relationship make me happy or not?</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If your answer to these questions is capital NO, then you should try to get out of those relationships or discuss how to work things out so that there will be peace in your life. And, you should know that the opposite of happiness is sadness and depression. So, get out of your unpeaceful relationships and start a new life afresh. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Additionally, never forget that our Lord and Savior Jesus is the prince of peace, if you have Jesus in your life, you have eternal life and peace. </span></p>

Let’s break down what mental illness is, the different types of it, and how you can make life easier for someone suffering from mental struggles.</p>

<p>It’s good to get the opinions of someone who actually suffers from mental illness on what they think is best for treatment. Meanwhile, others may view it as a mystery that slowly reveals itself as they spend their time on Earth. They say that their complete realization of their purpose would not come in this life but the next.</span><span id="more-53086"/></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">On the other hand, there is a group of people who may tend to be passive about knowing their purpose, yet they still ponder about it occasionally. There is also a group of people that have little regard for this idea and tend to get buried in their everyday whirlwind of activities.</span></p>
<h2><b>Knowing your purpose is an advantage</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Many factors, such as uniqueness, tendencies, and environment, may affect an individual’s appreciation of their life’s meaning. These aspects also influence the approach an individual takes in searching for the </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">purpose of their lives</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">. Nonetheless, it would be a great advantage to have a purpose-driven life. It allows one to set their goals on a short, medium, and long-term basis. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Daily tasks can even be set, allowing the person to celebrate small achievements. Like any other good soldier, it would be best to go out in the field knowing your mission. It would provide direction in one’s personal life, and coherence with the people around them, especially their loved ones.</span></p>
<h2><b>Getting to know your life’s meaning</b></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The meaning and purpose of life cannot be answered or explained in one sentence. This is a continuing lesson that may twist and turn as one grows old. How can an individual realize his life’s purpose? Like any other lesson, an individual may learn it through his own experience, or from the experience of others. He can also use simple guides and systems to navigate him through this life-long journey.</span></p>
