<h2>About Blood Pressure and Hypertension</h2>
<p>Let’s learn a little more about blood pressure before we begin. According to the <a href="https://www.heart.org/en/health-topics/high-blood-pressure/understanding-blood-pressure-readings">American Heart Association,</a> there are five levels used to report blood pressure:</div>
