<p>If you&#8217;ve been keeping up with <strong>Rebel Wilson over the past two years,</strong> you&#8217;re likely aware of her total body transformation. The actress has been sharing glam pictures and progress updates on her Instagram ever since her weight loss journey began in early 2020.</p>
<p>On Monday, she posted a photo of herself in a slick red bathing suit, accompanied by a motivational message.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s never too late to improve yourself – to improve your health, your heart, your happiness, your harmony. For everyone out there just trying to be a lil bit better this week: go for it! Every bit counts. Every effort is worth it. You&#8217;re worth it,&#8221; Wilson wrote.</p>
<p>In the photo, Wilson stands on a tree trunk in the ocean, while lifting one hand in the air. She sports a red, long-sleeved one-piece swimsuit that features a plunging neckline. The IG post has received more than 547,000 likes and more than 2,500 comments so far, many of which include words of affirmation from fans.</p>

<p>By December 2020, the <em>Pitch Perfect</em> star had lost more than 60 pounds, which was a product of her &#8220;<a rel="noopener noreferrer external nofollow" href="https://www.today.com/popculture/rebel-wilson-reflects-uphill-journey-her-year-health-t204670" target="_blank">year of health</a>.&#8221; In a recent <a rel="noopener noreferrer external nofollow" href="https://www.hellomagazine.com/healthandbeauty/health-and-fitness/20210727118407/rebel-wilson-thrills-fans-exciting-update-weight-loss/https://www.hellomagazine.com/healthandbeauty/health-and-fitness/20210727118407/rebel-wilson-thrills-fans-exciting-update-weight-loss/" target="_blank">IG Live with <em>Hello!</em></a>, the 41-year-old admitted that while she tries not to keep track of how much weight she&#8217;s lost, she believes she&#8217;s likely lost between 70 and 75 pounds since her weight loss efforts began.</p>
<p><strong>&#8220;I try not to keep track of it too much, but it&#8217;s like 70 pounds, 75 pounds, maybe a bit more.</strong> Which in kilos, my international audience, is like 30, 35 kilos, close to that, and so far have not gained any of it back, which is pretty cool, because never in my life have I been able to do that,&#8221; she said.</p>

<p><strong>Tiffany Haddish</strong> has undergone an impressive weight loss transformation, shedding an impressive <a href="https://people.com/health/tiffany-haddish-weight-loss-30-day-transformation-exclusive/">50 pounds</a> over the past few years.</p>
<p>In a <a href="https://extratv.com/2021/06/17/tiffany-haddish-talks-weight-loss-transformation-plus-her-plans-to-adopt/">new interview with <em>Extra</em></a>, the actor revealed her excitement over the changes in her body, revealing the exact exercises she&#8217;s been doing to lose weight and get toned.</p>
<p>&#8220;Girl, I&#8217;m trying to get my high school body back,&#8221; Haddish told Extra host <strong>Terri Seymour</strong>, who mentioned a recent bikini photo Haddish had shared on social media.</p>
<p>The star also showed how her dress—that had fit just two years prior—had become oversized. &#8220;The skirt is too big! It used to be tight. Look how much I lost…I love it! I love [that] my clothes are too big.&#8221;</p>
<p>So, what&#8217;s her secret? Haddish credits her toned look to a virtual reality workout that she&#8217;s been recently fallen in love with.</p>
<p>&#8220;At first, I was doing like 15 minutes running, you know, running on the beach for 15 or 20 minutes, or my Peloton. But then I got these Oculus glasses that changed the game. I&#8217;m kind of addicted to the VR and this app called &#8216;Supernatural&#8217;…I&#8217;ll do 20 minutes, or maybe 10 minutes in the morning, and I&#8217;m fiending to get back on.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;You start sweating like crazy and I&#8217;m addicted to it…by mid-afternoon [or] evening, I&#8217;m like, &#8216;I gotta get back on my goggles,'&#8221; Haddish explained. &#8220;It is so much fun! You don&#8217;t even realize that you&#8217;re really getting a full workout. My watch checks my heart rate and it&#8217;s up to 175.&#8221;</p>
<p>Haddish&#8217;s boyfriend <strong>Common</strong> isn&#8217;t so sure about her new fitness obsession, however. &#8220;He&#8217;s like, &#8216;You look hilarious…I&#8217;m not into that. It&#8217;s not my thing. I&#8217;d rather just do push-ups. I&#8217;d rather actually work out,'&#8221; Haddish told Seymour.</p>
<p>Haddish&#8217;s Oculus workout isn&#8217;t the only exercise routine she&#8217;s used to transform her figure this year, though. In January, Haddish revealed that she&#8217;d shed 10 pounds in just a few weeks while building muscle as part of the <a href="https://30daytransformationteam.com/">30 Day Transformation Team program</a>, showing off the results of her <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CKPW4psrp3m/">hard work on Instagram</a>.</p>
<p>Within 3 weeks of <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CIwxVBEA-Pq/">starting the challenge</a>—the proceeds from which she donated to her She Ready foundation, which helps kids transition out of foster care—Haddish had shed three inches off her waist and was looking more toned than ever.</p>
<p>&#8220;I discovered I&#8217;m stronger than what I thought I was. I definitely have more endurance than I thought I have,&#8221; she said.</p>

<p><strong>Brielle Biermann</strong> just dropped a few pounds, and she&#8217;s sharing the secrets to her weight loss with her followers on Instagram.</p>
<p>In <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CPoRiPFNTEz/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link">a new bikini photo</a> posted to her account, Biermann says she&#8217;s been using Modere Trim supplements to help her shed the pounds.</p>
<p>However, that&#8217;s not the only way Biermann shakes up her diet when she&#8217;s looking to slim down.</p>
<p>In a 2020 Q&amp;A session shared on her Instagram Stories, Brielle revealed that time-restricted eating and allowing for a few indulgences had been essential for keeping in her great shape.</p>
<p>&#8220;I only eat between 3-8 every day!&#8221; the star explained.</p>
<p>However, despite practicing intermittent fasting for weight loss, Biermann admitted that she isn&#8217;t exactly spartan about her diet when breaking her daily fast.</p>
<p>&#8220;I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch,&#8221; she told her followers.</p>

<p>Biermann has never been shy about admitting she&#8217;s not always a healthy eater.</p>
<p>&#8220;Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don&#8217;t have a little something sweet—whether it&#8217;s a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don&#8217;t feel like I ate,&#8221; she told <a href="https://people.com/bodies/brielle-biermann-diet-and-fitness/"><em>People</em> </a>in 2017. Biermann admitted that her mother, <strong>Kim Zolciak-Biermann</strong>, is always trying to get her to eat salads, a food Biermann says she&#8217;s &#8220;not a fan&#8221; of.</p>
<p>&#8220;I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation,&#8221; Biermann explained.</p>
<p>The star also credits regular workouts with a personal trainer and group classes for keeping her fit. In addition to telling <em>People</em> she&#8217;s &#8220;addicted&#8221; to spin class, Biermann says that teaming up with a personal trainer has helped her achieve the body she wants.</p>
<p>&#8220;My weight fluctuates a lot so I&#8217;m trying really hard to get better at eating right, going to the gym and taking care of myself. I&#8217;ve always been insecure about my body, I [sic] think most women are! Push yourself. Set a goal and work towards it … Thank you to my trainer @abmatthews_fit for pushing me!!&#8221; she <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/B4228H1p5Tq/">told her Instagram followers</a> in 2019.</p>

<p><strong>Ariana Grande&#8217;</strong>s high-energy music videos and live performances require not only serious dedication to memorizing steps, but serious commitment to staying fit and healthy, too. In a new Instagram Story post, Grande just opened up about the exercise routine she calls her &#8220;happy place.&#8221;</p>

<p>In a May 2 post to her Instagram Stories, Grande shared a photo of herself lying down on Pilates reformer, an ear-to-ear grin on her face. &#8220;Happy place,&#8221; she captioned the picture, tagging Los Angeles-based <a href="https://www.formapilatesla.com/">Forma Pilates</a>.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not just Pilates that keeps Grande in such great shape, however. In an <a href="https://www.popsugar.com/fitness/Ariana-Grande-Workout-Routine-44094080">interview with Popsugar</a>, Grande&#8217;s trainer, Harley Pasternak, revealed that walking is an equally important part of her exercise routine.</p>
<p>&#8220;I give [Ariana] a step goal every day…Twelve-thousand steps a day and she hits it. I can&#8217;t imagine her being still,&#8221; said Pasternak.</p>

<p>Grande has stuck to a plant-based diet for years, hoping that her eating habits may increase her longevity in the long run.</p>
<p>&#8220;I am a firm believer in eating a full plant-based, <a href="https://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/ariana-grande-i-love-animals-4754625">whole food diet</a> that can expand your life length and make you an all-around happier person,&#8221; she told the <em>Mirror</em>. &#8220;It is tricky dining out, but I just stick to what I know—veggies, fruit and salad—then when I get home, I&#8217;ll have something else.&#8221;</p>

<p>Grande has undergone significant weight loss during her time in the spotlight, but it&#8217;s not some crash diet that spurred the transformation. Instead, she says, she simply stopped making junk food her primary food source.</p>
<p>&#8220;The reason why I lost so much weight as I did is because I used to live on junk food,&#8221; she wrote in a Tumblr post (via <a href="https://www.eonline.com/news/431205/victorious-star-ariana-grande-slams-eating-disorder-rumors-explains-healthy-weight-loss"><em>E! <p>While Grande may not be filling up on junk food these days, she&#8217;s also not spending hours in the kitchen to make healthy food.</p>
<p>&#8220;Ariana loves, soups, smoothies, and salads, which are all great foods for anyone who is <a href="https://www.shape.com/celebrities/celebrity-workouts/ariana-grande-lower-body-workout">short on time</a>,&#8221; Pasternak told <em>Shape</em>. &#8220;Soups, smoothies, and salads don&#8217;t really require a lot of effort. They&#8217;re a great way to take the guesswork out of cooking and make eating healthy simple.&#8221;</p>
