The actor&#8217;s inimitable fitness has not only made him an international hunk, but the envy of many a gym-goer, as well—and the reason the phrase &#8220;Chris Hemsworth workout&#8221; returns over 30 million Google results.</p>
<p>However, it&#8217;s not Hemsworth&#8217;s natural inclination to hit the gym that gave him the Thor body audiences know and love. <strong>Luke Zocchi</strong>, Hemsworth&#8217;s friend and longtime personal trainer, sat down with <em>Eat This, Not That!</em> to discuss the star&#8217;s workout and diet plan and why, when many other people have been struggling to shed quarantine weight, Hemsworth is in the &#8220;best shape he&#8217;s ever been in.&#8221;</p>

<p>To achieve the huge muscles his MCU character Thor is known for, Zocchi has Hemsworth in the gym five days a week lifting heavy weights.</p>
<p>&#8220;For this last <em>Thor</em>, we stuck to a regime of push/pull. It would be split into five days: push for a chest day, pull for back, legs, shoulders, and arms,&#8221; Zocchi explains. However, while Hemsworth&#8217;s workouts were essential, Zocchi says that there was another equally important component of the star&#8217;s routine: &#8220;The biggest thing is supporting that training with nutrition,&#8221; he says.</p>

<p>Zocchi says there&#8217;s no cutting corners when it comes to achieving the exceptionally large, yet toned look that Thor is known for.</p>
<p>&#8220;For all those Marvel roles, we start like three months prior. We almost do like a bootcamp,&#8221; Zocchi explains, noting that most of the long hours in the gym are logged prior to filming. &#8220;When we&#8217;re on the role, it&#8217;s about maintaining because he&#8217;s filming all day,&#8221; Zocchi adds.</p>

<p>Though there&#8217;s no denying that Hemsworth always looks fit on-screen, Zocchi admits that maintaining the star&#8217;s newly achieved musculature while he&#8217;s filming is no small feat.</p>
<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve noticed in certain films where Chris will start the film at his biggest, but he just can&#8217;t maintain that size the whole way through the shoot. They&#8217;re filming 12, 14 hours a day, and the last thing they want to do is do a heavy workout after they&#8217;ve been on-camera acting all day,&#8221; Zocchi says. &#8220;Maintaining it during the shoot is harder than actually getting there.&#8221;</p>

<p>While Hemsworth has clearly been no slouch in the physical fitness department in the past, Zocchi says that COVID-related lockdowns have allowed the star to focus on his training in a way he hadn&#8217;t been able to in years past.</p>
<p>&#8220;For this last <em>Thor</em>, Chris is in crazy shape,&#8221; Zocchi says. &#8220;Because of COVID, and &#8217;cause we went into lockdown, and because he&#8217;s got this new house with a whole gym, we almost went on a year training camp for this role. We went crazy. That&#8217;s why you&#8217;ll see he&#8217;s in the best shape he&#8217;s ever been in. I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ve ever trained so hard…Our bodies, at the end of it, were almost broken because we went that crazy.&#8221;</p>

<p>The Rock isn&#8217;t the only star putting away huge amounts of food to maintain his muscles.</p>
<p>Zocchi explains that Hemsworth is &#8220;naturally a taller, skinnier guy,&#8221; so it&#8217;s necessary for him to significantly increase his caloric intake when he trains for his MCU roles.</p>
<p>&#8220;He was eating so much food,&#8221; Zocchi says, noting that the star eats every two hours when he&#8217;s bulking up. &#8220;He was eating like 4,500 calories a day. It was crazy.&#8221;</p>

<p>To help fuel Hemsworth&#8217;s training, Zocchi says the star typically relies on red meat—and lots of it.</p>
<p>&#8220;Sometimes, I&#8217;m surprised how much red meat he eats &#8217;cause it&#8217;s like he just doesn&#8217;t get sick of steak—he can just eat it any time of the day, at breakfast or whatever,&#8221; says Zocchi. &#8220;He loves it. It&#8217;s weird. In his genetic makeup, that&#8217;s what he likes to do.&#8221;</p>

<p>While Hemsworth may seem to be in pretty much perfect shape, Zocchi says that there&#8217;s still a bit of wiggle room for fun food, too.</p>
<p>&#8220;When we&#8217;re doing all that stuff for <em>Thor</em>, we roughly work on the 80/20 [principle]—80% of the time we&#8217;re good and 20% of the time, we have a little bit of naughty food…To keep your sanity, you need to have some little meal where you have a little bit of chocolate, a little bit of ice cream,&#8221; he says.</p>

<p>Though many people may want to develop muscles like Hemsworth&#8217;s, Zocchi admits that what you see on screen simply isn&#8217;t achievable for everyone.</p>
<p>&#8220;Realize that everybody is different. Even me, for example. I do the exact same workouts as Chris and people are like, &#8216;How come you don&#8217;t have the same arms as him?&#8217; I&#8217;m like, &#8216;I just don&#8217;t!&#8217; I do everything he does, we&#8217;re just different,&#8221; Zocchi says.</p>
<p>&#8220;When you see him in those roles where he&#8217;s got his top off and he looks amazing, that&#8217;s like when we&#8217;ve done a week of eating everything precisely, he might even be a bit dehydrated, [and] the lighting&#8217;s perfect. That&#8217;s him at his peak,&#8221; he explains.</p>
<p>The key to getting in the best shape for your body type, according to Zocchi? &#8220;Consistency,&#8221; he says. &#8220;This is something you&#8217;ve got to do for life. Find something you enjoy doing and keep doing it.&#8221;</p>

The trio has teamed up to create <a href="https://centr.com/join-us">Centr</a>, a lifestyle app that provides users the workouts, nutritional guidance, and mindfulness practice they need to get into their best shape ever.</p>
<p>&#8220;If you look at Chris, you might think, &#8216;This is an app that&#8217;s just about how to get huge and lift heaps of weights,&#8217; but [it&#8217;s] all this stuff me and Chris learned along the way. Like on <em>Avengers: End Game</em>, we were in London, and we were sore, and Chris had hurt his back, so we started doing yoga together. There&#8217;s yoga in this app, there&#8217;s Pilates. There are all different styles of training… It&#8217;s a real healthy balance and a good approach to health and fitness,&#8221; Zocchi says.</p>

<p>On July 7, Sherri told her Instagram followers that she was participating in a 30-day challenge as a means of shaping up.</p>
<p>&#8220;1st day of @deidamassey #30daychallenge #abchallenge …. 150 sit ups… just did my morning 50 &amp; posting to hold myself accountable,&#8221; she captioned the video. &#8220;First time I am showing my belly so be kind.&#8221;</p>
<p>In <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CRCIhaNluEE/">the clip</a>, Sherri tackles a set of crunches while holding a medicine ball, which she says helps her sit up unassisted. Sherri also spread the wealth to her fans, inviting them to join her as part of the challenge by tagging her and makeup artist Deida Massey on Instagram. <p>One of Sherri&#8217;s latest fitness obsessions isn&#8217;t something you&#8217;ll find in your average gym. Instead, the star has been roller skating her way to better health in parks, at roller rinks, and even in her home—and sharing all the highlights with her followers.</p>
<p>&#8220;Who&#8217;s going to teach me to skate!!!&#8221; she captioned a <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CQ2VqTCFzdE/">photo of herself</a> looking rink ready in a pair of pink skates and denim shorts.</p>
<p>Sherri, who has been open about <a href="https://onedrop.today/blogs/blog/sherri-shepherd-diabetes-saved-my-life">living with type 2 diabetes</a>, says that changing her eating habits has been a major part of her recipe for weight loss, as well.</p>
<p>On May 25, Sherri shared a recipe for one of her <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CPT_2iwlLa0/">favorite healthy salads</a> on Instagram, telling her followers how changing her eating habits has also changed her perspective on her overall health.</p>
<p>&#8220;Do I want a #2 with fries. Yes I do, but I love how I feel better more than that cheeseburger that would be clogging my arteries &amp; inflaming the tissue around my heart, causing diabetes to choke the life out of me. I kind of like this feeling of feeling good!&#8221; she wrote. &#8220;Just want to encourage you to put down the salt shaker, add more veggies to your plate and drink more water! You&#8217;ve got so much to live for!&#8221;</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not just diet and exercise that have helped Sherri get into amazing shape. The star says that getting into a healthier mental space has been essential for her to achieve her weight loss goals.</p>
<p>&#8220;Started this weight loss journey 8 mos ago, but making other changes in my life helped me lose even more lbs… getting consistent sleep, meditation, finding a great therapist to help me unpack hurt… forgiving those who&#8217;ve done me harm… more acceptance… less religion &amp; more relationship… discovering that God loves me no matter what (yeah I am freaky and I curse😂), more water, more walking… being thankful, finding my worth… saying no… had to say goodbye to some friends who weren&#8217;t good for me,&#8221; she captioned a <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CQtmdc8FcrV/">recent Instagram photo</a>. &#8220;Peace makes the weight fall off.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;A gallon of water and a little bit of @formapilatesla @lianalevi what could be better?&#8221; she <a href="https://www.instagram.com/ritaora/">captioned the pic</a>. Just hours later, Ora—who&#8217;s recently been spending time in Australia while working as a judge on <em>The Voice Australia</em>— revealed that she was on the move again, posting a story from New York City.</p>

<p>While Ora may be dedicated to her fitness routine, she admits that she exercises for her health and overall wellbeing, not to be a certain size.</p>
<p>&#8220;I didn&#8217;t start working out to get skinnier—I started working out to feel better. And I think it&#8217;s important for women to know that,&#8221; she told <a href="https://www.shape.com/celebrities/videos/how-rita-ora-completely-revamped-her-workout-and-eating-plan"><em>Shape</em></a>. &#8220;Don&#8217;t be obsessed with being thin. You just have to be fit, healthy, and strong.&#8221;</p>

<p>Ora isn&#8217;t a disciplinarian about her diet. Instead, she eats healthy, whole foods that support her fitness goals. While she&#8217;s admitted to forgoing both bread and sugar, the star told <em>Shape</em> that her meal plan is otherwise relatively forgiving.</p>
<p>&#8220;With the plan I&#8217;m on, you can eat quite a bit as long as you exercise. In the morning, I have two boiled eggs, asparagus, and half a cup of muesli with almond milk. For lunch, I have chicken or fish with vegetables, and for dinner, I have six to eight ounces of fish with vegetables and half a potato. Plus snacks,&#8221; she explained.</p>

<p><strong>Kate Hudson</strong> has lost an impressive 25 pounds amid the pandemic by sticking to the WW (formerly Weight Watchers) plan. Now that she&#8217;s shed the weight she wanted to lose, the actor is focused on toning up, sharing her often grueling workouts with fans on Instagram. The star&#8217;s latest obsession? A water weight-based workout that tones her core, arms, and hips.</p>
<p>In a new video posted to her Instagram account, Hudson can be seen swinging a 20-pound water weight from <a href="https://thefitplaybook.com/hydrocore-members/">Hydro Core</a> around her head and waist.</p>
<p>&#8220;This gives &#8216;staying centered&#8217; a whole new meaning for me 😜 First time taking this for a ride, definitely not the last 🌪,&#8221; Hudson <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CQ_CW30nueL/">captioned the video</a>.</p>
<p>&#8220;I believe it&#8217;s crucial to incorporate rotational exercises to all athletic training programs. In other words, work in the transverse plane is a must,&#8221; <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CQ_NvoQjUg8/">said Hudson&#8217;s trainer</a>, Brian Nguyen, of her new workout.</p>
<p>&#8220;First and foremost, it totally improves the neuromuscular connection between the core and the rest of the body. I mean, check out Kate&#8217;s movement in this tornado drill while she digs for speed: her core is fighting for more integrity (stability) while her mobile joints (hips and shoulders) seem to unlock more with every turn!&#8221; he added. &#8220;Moreover, working with rotational movement not only prepares us for the forces of real life but also increases our capacity for greater power and more explosiveness throughout one&#8217;s range of motion: true athleticism, that is.&#8221;</p>

<p>Hudson hasn&#8217;t been shy about sharing her workout progress over the past year, posting photos of everything from yoga to weight training sessions to her Instagram.</p>
<p>&#8220;I grew up witnessing my parents take care of their bodies. People always ask me how I get motivated to stay in shape. The answer is, it&#8217;s what I know. It&#8217;s how I was raised. It&#8217;s engrained in my brain that honoring and working our body is a gift and so I don&#8217;t take it for granted. I loooove moving. I love when it&#8217;s challenging. I love being in charge of my results. And I looooove seeing my daughter have fun doing it with me. They watch everything we do! Gotta make some good moves for kids,&#8221; Hudson said of <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CP3TQwWHwab/">her workout motivation</a>.</p>

<p><strong>Kate Hudson</strong> has shed a remarkable amount of weight over the past year, transforming her body along the way. Now, the star is tackling a toning workout routine to shape up, and it&#8217;s clear that she&#8217;s not cutting any corners when it comes to getting fit.</p>
<p>In a new video <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CQleQkmMiwT/">posted to her Instagram</a>, Hudson reveals the exact ab and shoulder workout she&#8217;s been tackling to flatten her midsection, and it&#8217;s definitely not for the faint of heart. In the clip, Hudson props herself up on her elbows with her legs suspended from the ceiling with a set of straps. Starting in a plank position, Hudson slowly raises her backside upward, bringing her body into an inverted V shape. She holds the pose, then returns to the plank position.</p>
<p>&#8220;She&#8217;s starting to wake up! Carried 3 babies who did a number on these hips and shoulders! Ladies! We carry our beautiful children ALL DAY LONG (literally AND figuratively) and forget to balance it out. Time to balance that SH#! OUT! 🧘‍♀‍🏋️‍♀‍🤸‍♀‍ #putmeincoachiwannaplay,&#8221; Hudson captioned the video.</p>
<p>Hudson also shared a video of herself performing floor exercises, doing a series of squats and kicks while propping herself up on one hand and the opposite foot, performing a set of fast kicks followed by slow ones. <p>&#8220;I make beautiful meals that have no points, then I can indulge,&#8221; she explained in a March 2021 interview with <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/life/a35601763/kate-hudson-pandemic-health/"><em>Women&#8217;s Health</em></a>. &#8220;I&#8217;ll do a whole day eating amazing Zero Point foods [like chicken and leafy greens], then I have wine and ice cream.&#8221;</p>

<p>In order to fend off hunger pangs between meals, Hudson makes sure she&#8217;s getting ample protein in her snacks. The star revealed on Instagram that she typically snacks on SafeCatch salmon, Siete grain-free chips, and Simple Mills almond flour crackers to keep her feeling satisfied throughout the day.</p>

<p>To help keep her daily calories in check, Hudson has made intermittent fasting part of her regular routine. In her <em>Women&#8217;s Health interview</em>, Hudson revealed that she typically starts eating at 11 or 11:30 a.m., prior to which she sticks to liquids like tea, coffee, and celery juice.</p>

<p>With a busy schedule, Hudson often has to squeeze in workouts whenever she can, meaning that she frequently makes it a bonding activity with her family members.</p>
<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s about doing the things you love, eating the things you want to, exercising and not feeling like you need to [push yourself] for two hours in a hot room. You can just take a nice walk and still be healthy,&#8221; she told <em>Women&#8217;s Health</em>.</p>

<p>Working out can be a chore for some people—but <strong>Eva Longoria</strong> isn&#8217;t one of them. The former <em>Desperate Housewives</em> star has been making her exercise routine a whole lot more exciting with the addition of a single piece of equipment: a trampoline!</p>
<p>In a new video posted to her Instagram, Longoria reveals her trampoline workout, making the intense routine look easy and—dare we say it—fun.</p>
<p>In the clip, Longoria starts by doing a series of kicks, jumps, and knee raises on her <a href="https://www.amazon.com/stores/JumpSport/page/D4795221-A88E-4E1B-AF58-927BD05DF6E9?ref_=ast_bln">mini JumpSport trampoline</a> while wearing a pair of weighted gloves. She follows this by getting onto all fours on the trampoline and alternating leg extensions and lunges. Next up? A set of lower abdominal crunches and leg and hip exercises, which she tackles while lying on her back on the trampoline while wearing a set of ankle weights.</p>

<p>To cap off her workout, Longoria completes a series of sit-to-stand moves, using her trampoline as a base.</p>
<p>Bouncing around does come with some notable health and fitness benefits. &#8220;The trampoline is low impact on joints,&#8221; says <a href="https://scholar.harvard.edu/fatimacodystanford">Dr. Fatima Cody Stanford</a>, M.D., an obesity medicine physician and educator specializing in the care of adults, adolescents, and children, who&#8217;s working with <a href="https://www.jumpsport.com/fitness-trampoline/">JumpSport Fitness</a> to encourage the healthy habit of daily movement through their <em>Maintain Your Weight</em> campaign. &#8220;Using a fitness trampoline can help for those that may have excess weight or joint issues associated with the excess weight. Also, it is quite a fun activity to engage in!&#8221;</p>
<p>Longoria sure seems to think so!</p>
<p>As for how the actor manages to find time to tackle workouts between her busy career and parenting her son, Santiago, who turns three this month, Longoria told the Australian edition of <a href="https://www.vogue.com.au/beauty/wellbeing/eva-longoria-on-her-fitness-and-how-not-to-make-excuses-for-avoiding-exercise/news-story/743c6024e8152edecad3afb3feaae5dc"><em>Vogue</em></a>, &#8220;You waste more time than you think. People say &#8216;I don&#8217;t have time to work out, I don&#8217;t have time to do this…When you just commit to it and you all of a sudden prioritize you realize, &#8216;Oh wait, I did have time.'&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Especially as you get older, people want to know the secret to looking good and there is no secret. It&#8217;s diet and exercise,&#8221; she told the publication.</p>

<p>In 2013, Chris Jordan, MS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, ACSM EP-C/APT, an elite exercise physiologist with experience training armed forces who is currently the director of exercise physiology at the <a href="https://www.jnj.com/jjhws/chris-jordan">Johnson &amp; Johnson Human Performance Institute</a>, created a simple bodyweight exercise routine that instantly took the fitness world by storm. It was called the &#8220;7-Minute Workout,&#8221; and the <a href="https://7minuteworkout.jnj.com/">instructional app</a> containing variations of the routine—complete with videos of Jordan himself offering stern instruction and demonstration—swiftly became one of the most-downloaded fitness apps on the market.</p>
<p>The 7-Minute workout preached the benefits of a type of training that was quickly gaining in popularity at the time: high-intensity interval training, or doing short bursts of really intense exercise split up by short periods of rest. Though the mechanics of HIIT were actually nothing new—elite athletes have been doing several versions of it since the 1930s—the routine promised something truly incredible to busy, working Americans everywhere: Yes, you can get fitter faster—in less than 10 minutes!—and you can do so in any basement or hotel room, using only the weight of your body, a wall, and perhaps a chair. Jordan published the compelling findings of his research on the benefits of the 7-Minute Workout in the American College of Sports Medicine&#8217;s <em><a href="https://journals.lww.com/acsm-healthfitness/Fulltext/2013/05000/HIGH_INTENSITY_CIRCUIT_TRAINING_USING_BODY_WEIGHT_.5.aspx">Health &amp; Fitness Journal</a></em>, and a phenomenon was born.</p>
<p>For anyone who has tried the 7-Minute Workout and may have found it too difficult to complete, earlier this year Jordan released a newer and &#8220;gentler&#8221; variation of it: The Standing 7-Minute Workout. The idea behind this new version, as Jordan explained to<em> <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/22/well/standing-7-minute-workout.html">The New York Times</a>,</em> is to make the 7-Minute Workout more accessible to as many people as possible, including &#8220;my triathlete elder brother and my 82-year-old mother.&#8221;</p>

<p>In this version, as the name suggests, he eliminates all of the exercises that may cause strain on the person&#8217;s body by having them drop to the floor, including more difficult moves such as planks, pushups, and crunches. &#8220;Like the original workout, the standing workout includes exercises for cardio fitness, the lower body, the upper body, and core muscles—in that order,&#8221; explains the <em>Times.</em> &#8220;Each exercise lasts just 30 seconds with just five seconds of rest in between. To get the most out of the workout, do each exercise at relatively high intensity—about a 7 or 8 on a scale of 1 to 10.&#8221;</p>

<p>If you have doubts that you can burn fat by exercising in such a short amount of time, Jordan has plenty of science to back him up. &#8220;When it comes to the immediate health benefits of this sort of high-intensity exercise, it&#8217;s all about blood sugar,&#8221; Timothy Church, Ph.D., a professor of preventive medicine at Louisiana State University, explained to <a href="https://www.mensjournal.com/health-fitness/can-you-really-get-ripped-7-minutes-or-less/"><em>Men&#8217;s Journal</em></a>. If you&#8217;re jumping rope or running sprints, for example, your body instantly gets to processing your blood sugar, which aids in weight loss, and the stress on your muscles leads to greater conditioning. The benefits simply compound from there.</p>
<p>&#8220;As with other forms of exercise, when your muscles grow, they pull on your skeletal system, increasing your bone density,&#8221; explains <em>Men&#8217;s Journal</em>. &#8220;A lot of new research also shows that interval training triggers the release of macrophages and killer T cells, boosting the body&#8217;s immune function for hours after your last pushup or pullup.&#8221;</p>
<p>As your fitness grows, know that you can perform these exercises for longer periods of time than 7 minutes—but we&#8217;re not talking about hours. Ten, 15, or 20 minutes is plenty of exercise, as LSU&#8217;s Church told <em>Men&#8217;s Journal</em>. After all, think of all of the weight lifters who do their sets, and then simply walk around the gym staring at the clock, their heads bobbing to music. &#8220;Most people are really doing hard work for only 15 to 20 minutes anyway,&#8221; he said.</p>

<p>To jumpstart her weight loss and health transformation, Mitchell kicked things off with a five-day-a-week workout plan for four weeks using the Openfit training program.</p>
<p>&#8220;It changed everything,&#8221; Mitchell told <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/life/a36410826/shay-mitchell-baby-pregnancy/"><em>Women&#8217;s Health</em></a> of her transformation in a new interview. &#8220;I had way more energy; I don&#8217;t have five cups of coffee anymore. I can sound preachy when I&#8217;m talking about it, but it totally altered my year.&#8221;</p>

<p>To help Mitchell tone up, trainer Kelsey Heenan designed a program that combined strength training, cardio, and HIIT workouts.</p>
<p>&#8220;For me, it was always about a deadlift,&#8221; Mitchell admitted. &#8220;Getting up to 50 pounds was a boss move. I was really proud of myself.&#8221;</p>

<p>One of the biggest changes to Mitchell&#8217;s health and fitness routine was incorporating stretching into her daily practice. Mitchell told <em>Women&#8217;s Health</em> that her go-to stretches include arm sweeps, spidermans, and thoracic rotations, calling her stretching practice &#8220;life-changing.&#8221;</p>

<p>While Mitchell&#8217;s body may have changed dramatically over the past year, she hasn&#8217;t been spartan about her diet.</p>
<p>&#8220;I wish I could say it was all quinoa, salmon, and asparagus, but it&#8217;s not,&#8221; she admitted to <em>Women&#8217;s Health</em>. Instead, she says she eats an egg, spinach, and cheese quesadilla for breakfast, soup for lunch, and a mixture of vegetables and carbs for dinner. Throughout the day, she snacks on fruit, cheese, vegetables, and treats herself with wine, Lily&#8217;s chocolate-covered almonds, or caramel-chocolate cookies.</p>

<p>To achieve her enviable abs, Ora relies on a routine of exercises that incorporate both her own body weight, free weights, and machines. In a video posted to the <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/COw3toKHi1Z/">Acero gym Instagram account</a>, Ora is seen doing leg lifts while suspending herself from a training bar, lower ab crunches and leg raises on a weight bench, cable rows with abdominal twists, and cycling a pair of wheels with her hands from a raised plank position.</p>

<p>To achieve her toned physique, Ora relies primarily on weight training, incorporating only shorter cardio workouts into her routine.</p>
<p>&#8220;I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do <a href="https://www.shape.com/celebrities/videos/how-rita-ora-completely-revamped-her-workout-and-eating-plan">one circuit of cardio</a>,&#8221; she told <em>Shape</em>.</p>

<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t eat bread or sugar. But I&#8217;m not starving myself…It&#8217;s about what your body needs, and everyone&#8217;s body is different,&#8221; she told<em> Shape</em>.</p>
